Refund policy

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jinumedix.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
